Spring / Summer Championship Series begins April 21st, 2008

 The Denver Poker Tour can be found at over 100 bars and nightclubs around Colorado, and in other states including Wyoming, Kansas, and Missouri. Contestants each night, each location, will be competing to win a qualifying tournament in order to play in the Semi-Finals and then ultimately the Nationwide Finals on October 25th, 200/ in Denver, Colorado. The Denver Poker Tour is giving away over:

$50,000.00
in cash and prizes

The Denver Poker Tour and our other associated tours, will be awarding cash & prizes totally over $50,000 over this next session. We will be giving away over $2,500 in cash & prizes every month in our statewide monthly tournaments in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, and Missouri.

The TOP 3 Finishers of our Denver Regional Monthly Tournaments, and overall winner of each Wyoming, Kansas / Missouri monthly winner will be automatically be invited into the National Finals which will be held October 25th, 2008. The Automatic Entry will be into the Final Day of the National Championships. Competitors will be playing for over $15,000 in cash and prizes at this one day only event.

At each local qualifying tournament, between sixty and one hundred and fifty contestants will play No Limit Texas Hold'em. Players will each start with $1000.00 in casino chips. No additional buy-ins will be allowed, and players will be required to play to the finish. Qualified poker dealers will be provided by the Denver Poker Tour.
