The Denver Poker Tour has done it! On Wednesday night, dealers and players, went to the Midnight Rose Casino in Cripple Creek to participate in their World Series of Poker No Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament.

Over 82 players paid $330.00 each to play for a prize pool of over $25,000 going to the Final Eight players. The tournament started at 6:30 PM, and continued on until 11:15 PM. The Final Table of 8 was seated at 10:00 PM. Many bets were made, and more hands were won and lost. When the Final 5 players were left, an offer to split up the Final $24,000 was made. With no takers, play resumed. Within 5 hands however, the game was down to three players....

With over $23,000 in prize money left, the three players decided to evenly split the money Over $7,700 in cash went to each of the Top three Finishers.
